We are hiring subject-specific faculties for the following UPSC-relevant subjects:

• History: Ancient, Medieval, Modern, Post-Independence, World History
• Geography: Physical, Human, Indian, World Geography
• Polity & Governance
• Economy: Indian Economy
• Environment & Ecology
• Science & Technology: General Science, Emerging Technologies
• Sociology (for GS-1 and optional)
• Geography (optional)
• History (optional)
• Political Science & International Relations (PSIR, optional)
• Current Affairs (integrated across all subjects)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom sessions, online lectures, and doubt-clearing for Prelims, Mains, and Interview preparation.
• Mentor students on mains answer writing, essay skills, and personality development for interviews.
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum updates, and student performance analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Preferred: Candidates who have appeared for UPSC Civil Services Mains and/or Interview (any year). Prior teaching experience in IAS coaching is a plus.
• Freshers Welcome: Subject experts with strong conceptual clarity can apply—demonstrate via demo class or sample content.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills; ability to simplify complex topics for aspirants.
• Proficiency in English and regional languages (Malayalam preferred for Kerala students).
