Job Description
We are hiring subject-specific faculties for the following UPSC-relevant subjects:
- History: Ancient, Medieval, Modern, Post-Independence, World History
- Geography: Physical, Human, Indian, World Geography
- Polity & Governance
- Economy: Indian Economy
- Environment & Ecology
- Science & Technology: General Science, Emerging Technologies
- Sociology (for GS-1 and optional)
- Geography (optional)
- History (optional)
- Political Science & International Relations (PSIR, optional)
- Current Affairs (integrated across all subjects)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions, online lectures, and doubt-clearing for Prelims, Mains, and Interview preparation.
- Mentor students on mains answer writing, essay skills, and personality development for interviews.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum updates, and student performance analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Preferred: Candidates who have appeared for UPSC Civil Services Mains and/or Interview (any year). Prior teaching experience in IAS coaching is a plus.
- Freshers Welcome: Subject experts with strong conceptual clarity can apply—demonstrate via demo class or sample content.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills; ability to simplify complex topics for aspirants.
- Proficiency in English and regional languages (Malayalam preferred for Kerala students).
