Job Description

As a Warehouse & Inventory Lead at DailyObjects, your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end warehouse operations and inventory management to ensure accurate stock control. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment and movement across locations.
  • Implement robust inventory control systems to minimize shrinkage, pilferage, and discrepancies.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile variances.
  • Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency, space utilization, and safety compliance.
  • Oversee inbound & outbound logistics, coordinating with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.
  • Implement SOPs for warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
  • Monitor workforce productivity, allocate resources, and drive process improvements.
  • Maintain records of stock levels, damaged/returned goods, and generate MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
  • Work closely with the supply chain and procurement teams to forecast demand and plan stock levels.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle product industries.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP/WMS software.
  • Proven ability to lead warehouse teams and manage large-scale operations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
