Hourly Range: $40–$45/hour
Estimated Hours: Approximately 25–30 hours per week

Who we are looking for:
As a Senior Digital Project Manager, your primary role involves overseeing the execution of integrated media and a full range of digital marketing agency services. Secondarily, you will work on the websites of our digital brands where projects cover development, updating, performance optimization and ongoing maintenance. You bring a deep understanding of the media landscape, including both the digital publishing world and offsite media (META, Google, TikTok, etc.) campaign management. This knowledge enables you to effectively plan and deliver a diverse range of projects. You are solution oriented and can problem solve quickly in our fast-paced digital environment.
What will your day look like?
Your role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are not only completed on time and within budget but also within the defined scope. This encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, including defining project objectives, establishing timelines, managing resources, and overseeing the overall success of media-focused digital initiatives.
Here's a snapshot of the activities that will fill your day:
- Overseeing multiple concurrent projects
- Develop plans, workback schedules and leverage budgeting tools to ensure project stays within budget and fulfills the scope
- Create and manage tasks for team members to deliver on deadlines and related work to the scope
- Works directly with the Client to ensure seamless delivery of all project goals are met
- Capture clear and concise notes for all client meetings to support with meeting recaps to the client with actionable takeaways
- Works cross functional with internal teams such as the marketing, creative & technology departments
- Organize and present project information that is appropriate for the audience
What do you bring to the table?
- Knowledge and understanding from start to finish of digital campaigns.
- Works alongside with the strategist to effectively execute and manage digital campaigns with agility.
- Work with clients to understand their business goals and deliver measurable results from the effective use of marketing technology infrastructure, content, search, and all digital media platforms.
- Ability to work independently to ensure client satisfaction through the use of good relationship management skills, clear communication, and high levels of professionalism.
- Knowledge of collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to, paid media vendors
- Develop recommendations for leveraging data, performance results, and technology to design and execute programs across all digital media channels.
- Build relationships, manage client expectations, and facilitate client meetings to be a trusted partner in their business growth.
- Ability to define project objectives, manage day-to-day delivery efforts, support company interests and have the adaptability to change course to best support the deliverables or the goals of any project or campaign.
- Value Creation: Maximizing the utilization of budgets and going beyond for each client
- Define objectives, foster new ideas, determine priorities, implement the new strategy, measure and analyze results.
Key Performance Indicators include:
- Leading quarterly audits of each client's account to ensure activities and results are on track.
- The results of media spends and other performance management activities are meeting/exceeding the clients goals.
- Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, organic revenue growth, and account retention.
- Being responsive and agile to handle changes in both clients' and our own business environments.
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field. PMP certification is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in project managing digital media campaigns, performance marketing across all stages of the funnel, and website development.
- Strong technical skills with in-depth knowledge of marketing technology stacks.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media, and more.
- Outstanding client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or equivalent project management tools.
