passionate and creative Graphics Designer Cum Video Editor for our Spreadism – Nagpur Branch Office.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand concepts and ideas for post creation shared by the Project Manager
• Design creative sample posts and visual concepts according to requirements
• Suggest engaging taglines, captions, and creative ideas for social media content
• Coordinate with the Project Manager for approvals and revisions
• Conduct extensive online research on current design trends and techniques
• Create original design concepts and innovative ideas independently
• Design graphics for social media platforms and marketing campaigns
• Edit and create engaging videos, reels, animations, and promotional content
• Work efficiently with latest AI tools for creative content generation and productivity
• Maintain creativity and consistency across brand identity and campaigns

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut and After Effects
• Knowledge of current AI tools, AI image/video generation tools and animation platforms
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram and social media content creation
• Creative mindset with excellent concept development abilities
• Passionate, dedicated and result-oriented approach towards work
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Fresher OR 6 Months+ experience in Graphics Designing / Video Editing
• Hands-on expertise in Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut and After Effects
• Must have knowledge of AI-powered design and video generation tools
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent creativity, concept development and visualization skills
