The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our DOOTIQ CPaaS platform. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our go-to-market strategy for WhatsApp API, Voice Bot, and AI Chatbot solutions. You will be responsible for generating B2B leads, closing enterprise deals, and crafting marketing strategies that position DOOTIQ as a leader in omnichannel customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles for DOOTIQ’s suite of products, including WhatsApp Business API, AI Voice Bots, and Chatbot automation.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers across industries (Retail, Healthcare, Finance, E-commerce, etc.) to understand their communication pain points and pitch tailored CPaaS solutions.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations, clearly articulating the ROI of omnichannel automation and conversational AI.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring high retention and identifying upselling opportunities.

Marketing & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate qualified inbound leads for DOOTIQ.
  • Collaborate with the technical and design teams to create compelling sales enablement materials, case studies, and presentation decks.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Manage digital outreach efforts, including LinkedIn lead generation, email marketing, and webinar presentations focusing on conversational AI.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and marketing, specifically within the CPaaS, Conversational AI, Omnichannel Messaging, or Chatbot domains.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of WhatsApp Business API capabilities, SMS/RCS ecosystems, voice automation, and AI-driven customer support tools.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth for technology products.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
