Join our team and help us keep mission-critical systems running smoothly around the clock.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor the status of operational systems and services to ensure everything runs smoothly.</li> <li>Use approved tools to keep an eye out for critical server error notifications and resolve issues promptly.</li> <li>Collaborate with on-site O&amp;S support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.</li> <li>Provide top-notch support by answering phone calls for production systems and resolving issues during the initial call.</li> <li>Deliver timely updates to ESC personnel in preparation for briefings.</li> <li>Participate in Service Restoration meetings and contribute to the resolution process.</li> <li>Take on additional tasks as assigned to support team and mission goals.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or</li> <li>An Associate’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or</li> <li>A High School diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant experience. <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.</li> <li>A background in the Intelligence Community is a plus!</li> </ul> </li> <li>DoD 8140 (formerly 8570.01-M), IAT Level I certification (within 6 months of hire).</li> <li>TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Skills and Qualities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Flexibility to work day or night shifts (8-hour shifts) and be a floater on the team.</li> <li>Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.</li> <li>Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external teams.</li> <li>A friendly, helpful attitude with great interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and other applications).</li> <li>Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone with the ability to assist end-users with common technical issues.</li> <li>Great phone skills and the ability to provide technical support with a professional demeanor.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and solve issues on the fly.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p> <ul> <li>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</li> <li>Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $75-80k.
