The role includes supervising bus routes and schedules, managing drivers and attendants, ensuring vehicle maintenance and safety compliance, and coordinating with school administration and parents. They monitor daily transport operations, handle emergencies or delays, maintain records, and ensure all transport services run smoothly, securely, and on time.
