We are currently hiring experienced and enthusiastic professionals for the position of International Customer Support Executive.
Job Details:
- Job Role: International Customer Support Executive – Chat & Non Voice Process
- Location: Serampore, West Bengal
- Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
- Shift: Night Shift
- Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Night Shift Bonus + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries through chat, email, and voice support.
- Provide prompt, professional, and customer-focused assistance.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain high service standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Escalate unresolved concerns appropriately for faster resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Prepare and update knowledge base articles and support documentation.
- Work effectively with help desk and customer support tools.
Eligibility Criteria: (Education)
- Bachelor's (English Mandatory)
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Experience in handling international clients preferred
- Good technical understanding and problem-solving ability
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach
- Proactive and responsible work attitude
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support / Chat Process / International Process
