The first super-specialty hospital of Goa with 150 beds, NABH -accredited, 4OT, 26-bed ICU, and 8 ER beds ( running MEM program). All super specialty functional, along with MRI, CT, advanced lab, Blood bank, and component lab.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Consultant General Medicine role based in Madgao, South Goa district. The Consultant will work independently with other physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide diagnostic and treatment services, with an emphasis on general medicine and emergency care. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, diagnosing medical conditions, providing treatment plans, and offering training or mentoring to junior medical staff. The role also involves collaborating across departments to deliver patient-centered, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in general Medicine with experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical conditions
• Specialized knowledge and experience in Cardiology and Emergency Medicine
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for working with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in Training and mentoring junior medical staff or peers
• MBBS with a postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine or related specialty; relevant certifications are a plus
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and a proactive approach to medical problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
