Job Description

As a Digital Marketing & Design Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand presence, product storytelling, and digital growth in the process instrumentation and automation space. Your responsibilities will involve translating complex instrumentation solutions into compelling visuals, campaigns, and digital content that resonate with engineers, plant managers, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, email marketing, and industry platforms.
  • Manage company website content, landing pages, SEO basics, and analytics to ensure a strong online presence.
  • Create and schedule social media content, technical blogs, and success stories with a focus on engineering and industrial sectors.
  • Support product launches, technical campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare basic analytics and performance reports for insights.

Graphic Design & Visual Content:

  • Design marketing collateral like brochures, datasheets, manuals, presentations, infographics, and case studies.
  • Create technical graphics and illustrations for instrumentation applications to visually communicate complex concepts.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and print assets for a cohesive brand image.
  • Design visuals for various platforms including trade shows, webinars, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure clear visual communication of technical concepts.

Content & Brand Support:

  • Assist in technical content creation and support internal branding initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, or digital agencies when needed for effective brand support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design, preferably in the B2B or industrial sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint presentation design.
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, email marketing tools, and basic SEO principles.
  • Ability to simplify technical or engineering concepts for effective communication.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in industrial, automation, instrumentation, or engineering companies.
  • Basic understanding of process industries such as oil & gas, water & wastewater, food, building material, chemical, power, and manufacturing.
  • Video editing or animation skills using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Experience with website CMS platforms like WordPress or similar.
