HR Manager (Manufacturing)

Role Overview:

The HR Manager will lead end-to-end HR functions in a medical device manufacturing environment, ensuring manpower planning, compliance with labor laws, and alignment with GMP and ISO 13485 requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop HR strategy and manpower planning

· Lead recruitment and onboarding

· Oversee HR operations (attendance, payroll inputs, MIS)

· Ensure statutory and labor law compliance

· Drive performance management system

· Handle employee relations and engagement

· Plan training and development programs

· Support manufacturing workforce and GMP culture

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Strong HR operations and recruitment knowledge

· Understanding of labor laws and compliance

· Experience in manufacturing / pharma / medical devices

· Knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485

· Leadership and communication skills

Preferred Attributes:

· Experience in new plant setup

· Exposure to audits and compliance environments

· Ability to manage shopfloor and management workforce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
