Role Overview:

You are a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Visual Merchandiser at Cult - Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd. Your main responsibility is to enhance the in-store brand experience across Cults retail formats by translating brand strategy into visually compelling storytelling. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure consistency, innovation, and impactful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement VM concepts aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal drops.
  • Create impactful window displays, in-store installations, and zonal storytelling.
  • Ensure visual consistency across exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) and partner stores.
  • Translate design language into retail-ready execution.
  • Retail Merchandising:
  • Plan and execute product placement strategies to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with category teams to showcase hero products and new launches.
  • Maintain VM standards through regular audits and updates.
  • Store Rollouts & Installations:
  • Assist in new store launches and refreshes.
  • Supervise production and installation of VM elements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Performance & Optimization:
  • Monitor the impact of VM initiatives on footfall and sales.
  • Analyze store performance to adjust visual strategies accordingly.
  • Manage timelines and budgets effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Marketing, and Retail Ops teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Assist in integrating campaigns across various retail touchpoints.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (experience in fashion, lifestyle, sports, or performance retail preferred).
  • Proficient in retail space planning and understanding customer journey.
  • Skills in design tools such as Adobe Suite, SketchUp, or Figma are a plus.
  • Experience in handling multi-store rollouts is preferred.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with commercial awareness.
