Job Overview

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Professional to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong “hunter” mindset with proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS domains.

The role focuses on direct sales, partner engagement, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales of cybersecurity products and services to enterprise customers across Manufacturing, IT/ITES, BFSI, and other sectors
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through leads generated via inside sales, marketing campaigns, and partners
  • Onboard and manage channel partners to expand market reach and drive indirect sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across target organizations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, closure, and collections
  • Prepare and deliver proposals (RFPs, RFQs, EoIs, quotations) aligned with customer requirements
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams for technical discussions, demos, POCs, and solution presentations
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking in CRM (leads, commits, upsides, conversions)
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
  • Participate in marketing events, webinars, and exhibitions as a company representative
  • Share competitive intelligence and market insights with internal teams (Sales Head, Marketing, Product teams)
  • Travel locally and across nearby regions in Maharashtra to meet customers and prospects

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
  • 5+ years of proven “hunting” experience in B2B enterprise sales (IT / Cybersecurity / Cloud / SaaS)
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in direct sales to enterprise customers
  • Experience in onboarding and managing channel partners (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and deal closures
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication
