Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customization, integration, and development using Salesforce technologies while working closely with functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Customize standard Salesforce objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work on Lightning Experience development including custom UI components.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other developers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on development experience on Salesforce.
• Strong experience with Apex programming, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Visualforce pages and Salesforce Lightning framework.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools, version control, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Platform Developer II are an added advantage.
