Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Paid Ads Expert based in Jaipur. The Senior Paid Ads Expert will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive delivery on key performance indicators. The role includes creating campaign strategies, conducting competitor analysis, designing and implementing A/B testing, monitoring campaign budgets, and producing performance reports. Collaboration with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Paid Media Platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC channels
• Strong skills in Campaign Optimization, Budget Management, and A/B Testing strategies
• Data Analysis and Reporting skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics for decision-making
• Experience in Audience Targeting and Retargeting, as well as efficient Keyword Research techniques
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with internal teams
• Proficiency in Marketing Tools and Platforms like Google Analytics or similar
• Proven track record in managing large-scale digital advertising budgets
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are an advantage
