About the Role
The Regional Training Lead is responsible for delivering a consistent and high-quality onboarding and training experience for the Falcon Complete team in an assigned region. This position manages regional training coordinators and trainers, oversees onboarding progress, and acts as the main contact for regional training requirements.
You will partner with Training & Onboarding leadership and Curriculum Developers to keep global standards aligned while adapting delivery to regional needs. About the Team
The Training & Onboarding team designs and scales learning experiences for Falcon Complete analysts worldwide. It is a collaborative, mission-focused group that works closely with regional leaders, onboarding leads, Curriculum Developers, Service Assurance, and other stakeholders.
The team operates in a remote-first setup where trust, ownership, and communication matter. In this regional role, you will serve as the local expert who helps maintain training consistency, provides visibility into regional needs, and ensures onboarding and learning programs are executed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional training coordinators and team trainers while keeping them aligned with Training & Onboarding processes, SOPs, and expectations.
- Oversee onboarding and training for new hires in the region, ensuring timely progress through required learning tracks.
- Maintain and improve training materials as processes evolve, including tracking content health and keeping content aligned with current tools, workflows, and best practices.
- Provide live training and systems support for the region as part of a follow-the-sun support model for key platforms.
- Work with Curriculum Developers on building, updating, and refining training content, while bringing in regional context and operational feedback.
- Review training metrics to spot knowledge gaps, regional trends, or performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Handle regional training intake and help prioritize needs in line with the broader training strategy and business roadmap.
- Stay in close contact with regional leaders, onboarding leads, and cross-functional partners to share progress, risks, and upcoming work.
- Promote consistent use of T&O onboarding standards and content, while adjusting delivery and execution to fit regional schedules and workflows.
- Keep documentation, JIRA tickets, and training records up to date to support visibility and continuous improvement.
- Provide practical training support or facilitation when needed.
Requirements
