Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our team in stunning Revelstoke, Canada.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct recruiter phone screens and assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Create and maintain standardized interview guides and hiring scorecards.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including careers page content, social media, and recruiting events.
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates through BambooHR.
  • Work with HR in offer preparation, references, and onboarding activities.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes to create an efficient, consistent, and inclusive hiring experience.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within technology or high-growth organizations.
  • Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience hiring in and outside of Canada.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with managers while providing thoughtful hiring guidance.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience recruiting software engineers and technical talent.
  • Experience supporting employer branding initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Canadian employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience working within a scaling SaaS or technology company.
