Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience at our Inventre store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive sales targets and support in achieving store revenue goals
- Deliver a high level of customer service and engagement
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising
- Supervise and support store staff in daily activities
- Handle billing, cash management, and reporting
- Ensure store adherence to company policies and visual standards
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in retail/store operations
- Experience in customer handling and sales

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
