Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience at our Inventre store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Drive sales targets and support in achieving store revenue goals
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and engagement
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising
  • Supervise and support store staff in daily activities
  • Handle billing, cash management, and reporting
  • Ensure store adherence to company policies and visual standards

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail/store operations
  • Experience in customer handling and sales

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
