Sales Development Representative - Outbound Inside Sales - B2B SaaS (3-5 yrs)About the RoleWe are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline generation for a fast-growing B2B business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, research, and client engagement, and wants to work closely with founders and sales leaders.What You'll DoLead Generation & Outreach- Identify and research ICP-fit companies and decision-makers (CXOs, founders, product heads)- Execute outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn- Handle inbound leads and qualify prospects- Schedule meetings and demos for the business teamSales Collateral & Pitching- Create and customize sales decks & presentations- Tailor messaging based on industry, use case, and client stage- Work closely with founders and sales leaders on positioningSales Operations & Pipeline Management- Maintain accurate data in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)- Track outreach performance and follow-ups- Support pipeline tracking and deal handoverMarket Research & Insights- Conduct account-level research across startups and tech companies- Identify key stakeholders and map buying groups- Share insights to improve sales messaging and outreach strategiesMust Have (Non-Negotiable)- 2 years of experience in SDR / Inside Sales / Business Development (B2B)- Strong experience in outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)- Experience handling inbound leads & qualifying prospects- Proven ability to book meetings / demos for sales teams- Experience in account research & stakeholder mapping- Hands-on experience in creating/customizing sales decks (PPT/Google Slides)- Working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce, etc.)- Excellent communication skills (verbal written)Good to Have- Experience in B2B SaaS / Tech / Design agencies- Exposure to startup environments- Strong storytelling and pitching skillsWhy You Should Apply- Work directly with founders and leadership team- High ownership in building sales pipeline- Fast-paced, high-growth environment- Opportunity to learn, experiment, and grow quickly
