Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paid Media - Ad Specialist located in New Delhi. The Ad Specialist will oversee media planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities include managing advertising budgets, analyzing campaign performance, conducting competitive research, and collaborating with team members to implement innovative marketing strategies. The role involves maintaining effective communication and ensuring campaigns align with clients' marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Media Planning and a comprehensive understanding of New Media trends and platforms
• Proficiency in Marketing techniques along with the ability to develop and manage campaigns
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact effectively with clients
• Ability to conduct thorough Research to drive data-informed decisions for effective campaign performance
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a results-driven approach
• Familiarity with digital advertising tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Atleast 2-3 years of PPC handson experience across agency.
