Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security events and alerts in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize potential security risks to the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Handle and manage security incidents following predefined incident handling policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and lead investigations, provide resolution to threats, and document activities in detailed reports.
• Continuously improve security operations and make recommendations for tools and workflow enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in handling and investigating security incidents using SIEM systems.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, and SOAR platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess the root cause of security threats.
• Familiarity with scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.) is a plus.
