Data Scientist & LLM - 6-10 years - Pan India

Summary –

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics initiatives within the insurance domain. This client-facing role involves building machine learning models, leveraging GenAI/LLM techniques, and delivering actionable insights to support fraud detection, risk analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Pan India (Hybrid)

Responsibilities –

• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and hypothesis testing to identify patterns and anomalies
• Build and optimize machine learning models including tree-based and ensemble techniques
• Apply NLP and LLM-based approaches to extract insights from unstructured data sources
• Develop GenAI-powered solutions for automation, insight generation, and data enrichment
• Collaborate with stakeholders and present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements –

• Strong experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling
• Expertise in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development
• Hands-on experience with ML models such as Random Forest, XGBoost, LightGBM, or CatBoost
• Exposure to NLP, LLMs, and GenAI frameworks including prompt engineering and RAG
• Experience working on cloud platforms, preferably GCP with BigQuery and cloud storage
