Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated CSR professional with 10–15+ years of experience in CSR, NGO management, fundraising, development projects, or corporate social responsibility programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate CSR teams, foundations, and donors.
• Lead fundraising and resource mobilization initiatives.
• Identify CSR partnership opportunities and secure project funding.
• Manage end-to-end CSR project implementation and monitoring.
• Coordinate with beneficiaries, NGOs, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, impact reports, and donor communications.
• Represent the organization at corporate meetings, conferences, and networking forums.
• Ensure timely execution and measurable impact of CSR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Development Studies, Management, Public Policy, or related fields preferred.
• MBA candidates with relevant CSR and social sector experience may also apply.

Compensation

₹5–6 LPA (Based on experience and skills)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
