Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives and drive a positive work culture at CreditSea. This full-time on-site role, based in Raipur, includes developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment and talent management, ensuring employee engagement, and aligning workforce practices with business goals. You will manage employee relations, compliance, and organizational development, and play a key role in shaping policies to foster a productive and inclusive environment.

• Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Engagement Strategies
• Experience in Managing HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Laws
• Knowledge of Performance Management, Training, and Employee Development
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to create strategies that align HR practices with business objectives
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in financial services or a related sector
• Proficiency with HR software and tools, including HRIS and payroll systems, is a plus
