Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time, dedicated Digital Advertising Specialist with strong experience in paid media and a deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance marketing mechanics.

This position is fully remote but we are seeking candidates from Ontario or Quebec.

This role is ideal for someone who can manage campaigns across multiple platforms while also understanding how data flows from click to conversion. You will also be expected to actively use AI tools to improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making.

We are a lead generation business active for over 10 years, focused on the online lending and automative sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 6-figure monthly advertising budget
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and YouTube
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Implement and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking across platforms
  • Work with server-to-server (S2S) postbacks and Conversions API (CAPI)
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and reporting discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages and conversion flows
  • Use AI tools to analyze performance, generate insights, and improve efficiency
  • Use AI tools to develop ad creatives (images and videos)

Requirements

  • Proven experience running paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or YouTube
  • Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Experience with pixel implementation and event tracking
  • Solid knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution (including s2s postbacks and Facebook CAPI)
  • Understanding of UTMs, cookies, browser limitations, and tracking challenges
  • Familiarity with privacy and consent frameworks
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools such as Google Gemini and Claude
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation or performance marketing
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking and click tracking systems
  • Experience with GA4 or similar analytics tools

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $66,000 – $96,000 per year (based on experience)
