About the job

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified lead, book appointments, and schedule meetings with potential clients.

• Role requires frequent phone and video interaction with English-speaking clients; candidates must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.*

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• 1+ years of US Healthcare knowledge and working in EST hours 9am-6pm.
• A strong desire to learn US Healthcare Credentialing, Licensing, RCM/Billing Sales.
• Flexibility to work Wednesday to Sunday, or Monday to Friday.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Mandatory Work-From-Home Requirements"

• Dedicated laptop/PC: Intel i5 or higher, 8GB RAM, Windows 10/11 (licensed & activated)
• MS Office 2013+ (working copy)
• Quiet, distraction-free home office
• Minimum 50 Mbps high-speed internet (fiber or cable)
• At least 1 year of prior WFH experience during EST hours
• Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST | Monday–Friday
