Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini for a Social Media Executive (YouTube). The role involves managing and optimizing the Jugnu Kids YouTube channel, including planning and publishing content, writing titles and descriptions, and maintaining playlists. The Social Media Executive will coordinate with the production and creative teams to align video uploads with content calendars and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include analyzing channel performance, monitoring audience engagement, responding to comments where appropriate, and implementing SEO best practices for YouTube. The role also includes researching trends in kids’ content, proposing new concepts for audience growth, and supporting promotional campaigns and collaborations.

Qualifications

• Strong YouTube channel management skills, including understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and content optimization.
• Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing to coordinate, review, and refine video content for publication.
• Solid Marketing and Communication skills to craft engaging messaging, promote content, and interact with audiences professionally.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify insights, and implement data-driven improvements to content and strategy.
• Familiarity with kids’ content, digital entertainment, or animation is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional creative teams on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Animation, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
