Job Description
As the Sales Operations Director, you will collaborate closely with Operations and Sales Management, as well as the Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to meet their policy, reporting, and analysis requirements. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around organizing and evaluating sales activities, establishing sales strategies, and optimizing sales operations processes, including sales analytics, revenue optimization, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, maintain, and enhance sales processes to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with field sales teams to identify areas for improvement.
Utilize data and reports to identify bottlenecks in the sales process.
Act as the subject matter expert on sales territory sizing, account ownership, team composition, and lead routing.
Provide sales training and mentorship on sales-related procedures.
Assist in sales forecasting, contact and lead management, opportunities data quality, dashboard and report creation, and ensuring data integrity.
Generate reports and insights to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
Partner with the Head of Sales to develop sales team evaluation processes and metrics.
Take charge of territory planning and analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
15+ years of experience in implementing sales operations optimization and process improvements.
15+ years of experience in Salesforce measurement and sales technology implementation.
12+ years of experience in creating Salesforce processes, reports, and dashboards.
15+ years of experience in developing sales metrics, reports, and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau CRM.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills at a professional level or higher.
Education and Certifications:
