Its core competencies are Financial Management & Control, Organizational Governance, Compliances - statutory, Donor and others
Skills, Experience & Personal Qualities:
- Specialized degree in Financial Management preferably CA/MBA/LLB
- 4-5 years’ experience in any development organization is desirable.
- Strong desire to work in the non-profit sector
- Understanding on current developmental issues
- Specialized knowledge in financial management, accounting, control systems & organizational Management and Legal framework (Income Tax, FCRA, Labour laws)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertaking Systems Review & Development Process of NPOs
- Prefunding assessments, Systems development processes, Reviews & Evaluations
- Facilitation in Capacity Building Programme
- Client negotiations & moderations
- Grant Management and Reporting framework
- Accounting Services
1. Book keeping & Record Keeping
2. Preparation of Financial Statement
3. Fund accounting
4. Payroll Management
This job entails extensive travel both within and outside the country. POSITION would be based in our office in NOIDA.
