- Manage client expectations and protect the client experience during underwriting delays, market constraints, or carrier issues
- Resolve client concerns and escalate internally when needed to ensure timely resolution
- Execute core policy servicing, including endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, billing coordination, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate client records in AMS and CRM
- Partner with carriers, wholesalers, and internal teams to support renewal and servicing outcomes
- Adhere to service standards, SLAs, and escalation protocols

- Strong knowledge of commercial P&C coverages, renewals, endorsements, and servicing requirements
- Proven ability to own the renewal process end to end, including proactive client consultations prior to quoting
- Confident client-facing presence with experience managing escalations and protecting the client experience during underwriting or carrier challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in plain language
- Demonstrated success managing and retaining large or complex books of business
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision making skills in high volume environments
- Advanced proficiency with CRM and AMS platforms and core business tools
Nice to Have
- Experience improving workflows, processes, or operational efficiency
- Prior experience in an insurtech, high-growth, or startup environment
