Job Title – Senior Network & Systems Administrator

Location – Hybrid in Montreal, QC

Role Type – Direct Hire

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in a Network or Systems Administrator role within an internal enterprise environment
• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, Intune)
• Strong experience with virtualization and/or hyper-converged infrastructure
• Proven knowledge of enterprise-level infrastructure (servers, networking, backups)
• Experience with scripting, automation, and system optimization

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Manage and maintain enterprise network and systems infrastructure, including Active Directory and Azure environments
• Oversee network topology, backup solutions, and system performance across the organization
• Collaborate on system upgrades, enhancements, and technical implementations
• Own and execute change management processes and daily operational planning
• Drive process improvements and maintain detailed technical documentation (runbooks, diagrams, procedures)
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and support junior team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced infrastructure and system-related challenges
• Research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and reliability
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams including security and support functions
• Stay current with evolving technologies through continuous learning and development
