Job Title - Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer
Location - Vancouver, BC (Onsite)
Role Type - Direct Hire
Must Have Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, networking, or solutions engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies (especially firewalls)
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing technical role
- Deep understanding of network security architecture and core cybersecurity principles
- Fortinet certifications (NSE 5 or higher)
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Support the full pre-sales lifecycle including discovery, solution design, validation, and demos
- Translate customer business and technical requirements into scalable cybersecurity solutions
- Provide technical leadership across network security and firewall architectures
- Partner closely with sales teams to drive revenue and strengthen technical credibility
- Position solutions competitively based on customer needs, not vendor bias
- Deliver technical training, enablement sessions, and reusable solution assets internally
- Collaborate with partners and resellers in a channel-focused ecosystem
- Contribute to service development through solution scoping and packaging
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
- Support ongoing innovation across cybersecurity offerings and capabilities
