Selected Intern’s Day‑to‑day Responsibilities Include

• Performing daily crop care tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), including seeding, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting, while staying hands-on in the field.
• Monitoring farm systems - such as pumps, lighting, nutrient solutions, and water levels - and promptly flagging any irregularities.
• Conducting regular plant health inspections to detect stress, pests, or disease and taking proactive steps to maintain healthy growth.
• Upholding strict farm hygiene by cleaning tools, tidying workspaces, and sanitizing equipment as required - hygiene is non-negotiable.
• Logging data on plantings, harvest quantities, and losses in field records; tracking progress and reporting metrics as instructed.
