Civil Engineer – Real Estate Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute construction activities at project sites
• Monitor day-to-day site operations to ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and material requirements
• Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards and safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
• Verify measurements, bills, and invoices from contractors and suppliers
• Maintain project documentation including reports, drawings, and approvals
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget constraints
• Liaise with government authorities for approvals and compliance (if required)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic project management tools
• Good understanding of site execution, estimation, and billing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
