You will play a key role in educating agents and growers, ensuring a top-notch customer experience. The position also involves conducting agronomy trials and translating data into useful recommendations, making your expertise a vital asset.

- Support sales through on-farm engagement

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5-7 years of agronomy or related experience
- Strong willingness to travel in rural settings
- Knowledge of Pioneer products and agricultural dynamics
- Proficient in conflict resolution and communication
