Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across pilot production, partnerships, and commercialization activities
  • Coordinate with technical and product teams to support the transition from pilot to commercial scale
  • Manage relationships with external manufacturing partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Support product certification, regulatory compliance, and documentation (including familiarity with CEPA and related frameworks)
  • Assist in commercialization efforts, including product licensing, partnerships, and customer onboarding
  • Develop and implement operational processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Monitor operational performance using key metrics; identify and resolve bottlenecks
  • Support budgeting, planning, and resource allocation to align with company goals
  • Participate in investor and stakeholder meetings, supporting operational updates and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations
  • Coordinate internal communication across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management, manufacturing, or scaling early-stage companies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with external partners, suppliers, or production environments
  • Familiarity with product certification processes, regulatory compliance, and environmental frameworks (e.g., CEPA) is an asset
  • Experience supporting commercialization, product licensing, or go-to-market efforts
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build and implement systems and processes from the ground up
  • Financial and operational acumen, including budgeting and performance tracking
  • Self-starter with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Passion for sustainability, climate innovation, or industrial technologies

This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in building and scaling Corol’s operations. You will work closely with the leadership team to help bring innovative, sustainable materials to market while shaping the operational foundation of a growing company.
