Delivery Driver & Customer Service Representative

We are a small, office supply company located in Fairfax, Virginia serving the federal government in the DC-Metro area. We have openings for part-time and full-time positions. As the face of our company, the Driver is a field Customer Service Representative and will work directly with our customers, delivering and interacting with those who regularly order. They keep our message out in front of the customer. This unique position is for a person who is highly self-motivated, able to think on their feet, and communicate in an approachable manner. The Driver & Customer Service Representative works closely with the sales team. While out on deliveries, the representative ensures that the contacts are satisfied and often delivers flyers with updates on product lines.

This candidate needs:

• Active listening skills to build sustainable customer relationships.
• Able to lift 50-75 lbs.
• Have manual dexterity and visual acuity being able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• US citizenship, a clean driving record , valid Real ID license and 18+ years old.
• Have access to GPS, ability to read a map and maintain an accurate delivery log.
• Pass background checks and drug test and have a neatly dressed appearance.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
