Responsibilities:
- The CRRT Special Security Technician shall assist the Special Security Officer (SSO) and Special Security Representative (SSR) ensure control of access to SCI materials and SCI facilities (SCIFs); certifying and receiving SCI visitor clearances and accesses; conducts SCI security briefings, indoctrinations, debriefings, training on classified material and SSO-related material and topics; assists with the currier badging process; obtains signed nondisclosure agreements; and provides guidance and assistance for processing SCI position and eligibility requests for assigned military, Government, and contractor personnel.
- Other duties may include, but not limited to, audits of classified material; inspections of classified material storage facilities, SCIFs, and containers; and researching and preparing classified materialrelated policy and management recommendations and reports and recommendations. Other requirements and skills, consistent with the forgoing description, may be specified in individual TOs.
- Develops a preemptive plan for mass indoctrination and security clearance management.
- Works closely with the DIA SSO to streamline surge capabilities and support mass onboarding as emergencies arise.
Qualifications:
- Experience working closely with DIA SSO
- Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Senior: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Mid: Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Security Clearance:
- TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
