Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance!</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>*This position requires TS/SCI Clearance *&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><u>Responsibilities:</u></span></h3> <ul> <li>Review policies, directives, instructions, guidance related to Industrial Security (INDSEC);&nbsp;<br>provide suggested changes and update current DCSA policies as directed by the DCSA&nbsp;<br>INDSEC Program Manager.</li> <li>Review Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure&nbsp;<br>compliance with industrial security verbiage.</li> <li>Using National Industrial Security System (NISS) verify and track Facility Clearance (FCL)&nbsp;<br>status related to DCSA Acquisitions efforts. Provide updates regarding any changes to FCL to&nbsp;<br>INDSEC Program Manager.</li> <li>Using National Industrial Security Program (NISP) Contract Classification System (NCCS)&nbsp;<br>draft, review, and revise DD Form 254s as directed by the INDSEC Program Manager.</li> <li>Monitor and update the DCSA Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)&nbsp;<br>ServiceNow, and other systems as directed.</li> <li>Track metrics for the DCSA Director’s KPI Reporting.</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><u>Qualifications:</u></span></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in area related to the position</li> <li>TS/SCI Clearance</li> <li>3 years of experience conducting personnel security, with at a portion of the experience within the last 2 years</li> <li>Experience with reviewing policies, directives, instructions, guidance related to Industrial Security (INDSEC)</li> <li>Using National Industrial Security System (NISS) verify and track Facility Clearance (FCL) status related to DCSA Acquisitions efforts</li> <li>Monitor and update the DCSA Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) ServiceNow, and other systems as directed.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Salary</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>$85,000 - $90,000</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><u>Security Clearance:</u></span></h3> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><u>TS/SCI</u></span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><em>Core One is an&nbsp;Equal Opportunity Employer.
