Job Title: Front Counter Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Copart UAE is looking for a Front Counter Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions at our operational facility. The role is responsible for assisting walk-in customers, handling front counter operations, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the front counter with inquiries, payments, vehicle release processes, and documentation.
- Handle customer communication professionally through walk-ins, phone calls, and emails.
- Provide clear guidance and operational instructions to customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth customer service operations.
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to customer transactions.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude at all times.
- Support process improvement initiatives and adapt to operational changes when required.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic speaker is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, front desk, administration, or receptionist experience preferred.
- Candidate must be able to commute daily to our office located in Dubai Industrial City using own transportation arrangements.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized with good time management and prioritization ability.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and customer information.
- Professional customer handling and conflict resolution skills.
- Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage workload under pressure.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to follow operational procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Salary Range
AED 5,500 – AED 6,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
