We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage POS system (CLOVER) and cash handling accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to legal alcohol service regulations
- Serving food to the correct customers in a timely fashion
- Report To The Bar Manager
Skills
- Proven experience as a bartender in nightclub, or restaurant settings; food service experience is a plus
- Proficiency with POS system (clover) ; basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Excellent time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food menu, food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
