The Gig

We're looking for a Copy & Content Writer who is as good with a killer headline as they are with a clever prompt. We need a word-nerd who isn't afraid of a robot.

You’ll write everything: social posts, ad copy, video scripts, blogs, newsletters.

But you'll have a new superpower: Generative AI.

You won't just be a wordsmith. You'll be a creative technologist. You are the bridge between human storytelling and artificial intelligence. You’ll use creative "prompts" (instructions) to turn a small idea into a huge campaign. You'll be the boss, telling the AI what to do. We need a skilled, curious team player with a huge imagination and a sharp eye for detail

The Mission (What You'll Actually Do)

• Be the AI's boss: Use "prompt engineering" (giving smart instructions) to get ideas, write drafts, and make AI-generated content perfect.
• Write Killer Copy: Write engaging, interesting copy yourself. Then, use AI to help adapt, translate and test it across all channels.
• Keep it Human: Your #1 job is to make sure nothing sounds like a robot. You'll keep the human tone, cultural jokes and real emotion.
• Build the Prompt Factory: Work with our tech and design teams to create "prompt libraries" (a list of best-performing instructions) so everyone can create awesome, on-brand content.
• Own the Brand Voice: You'll help decide how our brands talk and what they sound like.
• Jam with the Team: You'll work side-by-side with designers, client teams and tech geeks on all kinds of projects.
• Be the Grammar Police: Edit, proofread and make every single word perfect.

Your Arsenal (What You Need)

− 2-5 years of experience in content and copywriting (agency life is a big plus).

− AI Curious: You have a real interest in AI tools. Maybe you're already playing with them.

− Language: You must be proficient in English AND Hindi. This is non negotiable.

− Strategy Brain: You have experience building content strategy for digital campaigns.

− Word-Nerd Skills: Your writing has rhythm, clarity, and a punch. You are an excellent editor.

− SEO Smarts: You understand how SEO and keywords work.

− Quick Thinker: You're a good researcher and can come up with cool ideas fast.

− No Fear of Deadlines: You work well in a fast-paced agency environment.
