Data Entry Specialist( Medical Billing & Claims)

Role Overview:

The intern will support a claims processing project by entering data and uploading medical provider invoices into a claims management portal, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter invoice data accurately into the claims system
• Upload and organize medical invoices on the portal
• Verify basic invoice details and report discrepancies
• Maintain data confidentiality and quality standards

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Familiarity with Excel or similar tools
• Hands-on experience in healthcare claims processing, healthcare or administrative work
• Exposure to medical billing and documentation workflows
• English a must (German/french good to have)
