We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator (RN) for our PACU in Virginia Beach, VA, to oversee postoperative patient care during evening shifts.

Responsibilities Include

• Supervising and coordinating nursing staff in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and high-quality patient care
• Monitoring patient recovery, vital signs, and pain management
• Collaborating with surgical teams and other healthcare providers
• Providing staff education and performance feedback
• Managing documentation and compliance with hospital policies
