We are seeking a highly skilled junior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and support modern enterprise applications. This role requires deep experience across backend services, web-based user interfaces, and database systems, along with hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and agents to accelerate software delivery.

The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments, writes high-quality maintainable code, and contributes to scalable, resilient system design.

Key Responsibilities Full Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern architectural patterns.
• Build scalable backend services using Java and Python.
• Develop responsive, web-based user interfaces and interactive front-end components.
• Design and consume RESTful and/or GraphQL web services.

Database & Data Management

• Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries.
• Develop efficient data access patterns and ensure data integrity.
• Write complex SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, and performance optimization.

API & Web Services

• Design secure and scalable APIs to support internal and external integrations.
• Develop service-layer logic and ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data exchange best practices.

AI-Augmented Development

• Utilize AI agents and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency.
• Integrate AI capabilities into development workflows where appropriate.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI-driven engineering practices.

System Design & Integration

• Participate in system architecture design and technical decision-making.
• Build resilient integrations between services and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Testing & Quality

• Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, automation, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java, Python, and SQL.
• Proven experience in full stack development.
• Experience designing and managing relational databases.
• Experience building and consuming web services (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience developing web-based user interfaces.
• Experience using AI agents or AI-assisted development tools in the software development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with asynchronous system-to-system messaging or event-driven patterns such as:
• AWS SNS/SQS
• Apache Kafka
• Google Pub/Sub
• Experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience designing event-driven or distributed systems.
• Exposure to cloud-native architectures and microservices.
