Job Description
The Assistant Front Office Manager will assist in managing day-to-day front office operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in and check-out, and delivering high service standards. The role includes supervising front desk staff, handling guest concerns, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining efficient reservation and billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front office team and manage shift operations.
- Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and guest handling procedures.
- Handle guest complaints and escalations professionally.
- Monitor room availability, reservations, and occupancy status.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
- Verify billing, cash handling, and daily reports.
- Train and guide front office associates on service standards.
- Maintain guest records and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 3–6 years experience in hotel front office operations.
- Mandatory knowledge and working experience on IDS software.
- Strong guest-handling and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
