Job Description

The Assistant Front Office Manager will assist in managing day-to-day front office operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in and check-out, and delivering high service standards. The role includes supervising front desk staff, handling guest concerns, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining efficient reservation and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise front office team and manage shift operations.
  • Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and guest handling procedures.
  • Handle guest complaints and escalations professionally.
  • Monitor room availability, reservations, and occupancy status.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
  • Verify billing, cash handling, and daily reports.
  • Train and guide front office associates on service standards.
  • Maintain guest records and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
  • 3–6 years experience in hotel front office operations.
  • Mandatory knowledge and working experience on IDS software.
  • Strong guest-handling and team management skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
