Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Bridge Construction Site Incharge. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, conducting regular inspections, and managing on-site teams. The Site Incharge will be the key point of coordination between different stakeholders, ensuring the project is completed on time, within scope, and adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision capabilities
• Proficiency in executing detailed project inspections and ensuring compliance with Construction Safety standards
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively collaborating with teams, contractors, and clients
• Knowledge of construction methods and best practices for bridge projects
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in bridge construction projects is an advantage
