Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Analyst – Oracle Cloud SCM (Logistics & Fulfillment) with strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Oracle Fusion SCM, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing transportation, logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse operations across Oracle Cloud SCM applications. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting integrations, transportation planning, shipment execution, order management, reporting, and operational support within complex enterprise supply chain environments.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business users, logistics teams, transportation planners, and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless movement of orders, shipments, and fulfillment processes across Oracle SCM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Oracle Fusion SCM, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications.
• Monitor and support transportation, logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse operations across Oracle SCM platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues related to orders, shipments, fulfillment transactions, and integration flows between Oracle Fusion SCM and OTM.
• Retrieve, analyze, and reconcile shipment data using Oracle Fusion REST APIs and integration services.
• Support order, shipment, delivery, and ship-to data validation and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist in transportation planning activities, including shipment building, bulk planning, order movements, tendering, and execution processes.
• Analyze integration failures and work with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Configure and maintain transportation and logistics-related system settings and master data.
• Develop custom SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and operational metrics to support business decision-making and KPI tracking.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities for system changes and upgrades.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle SCM, Logistics, Transportation, or Warehouse Management solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion SCM modules and integrations.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and fulfillment operations.
• Experience with transportation planning, shipment execution, tendering, and logistics workflows.
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion REST APIs and integration troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL skills with experience developing custom queries and operational reports.
• Experience analyzing and resolving production support issues.
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and transportation business processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM implementations or support projects.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with Order Management (OM), Inventory, Shipping, and Fulfillment modules.
• Knowledge of EDI, API, and cloud integration frameworks.
• Experience supporting global logistics and transportation operations.
• Familiarity with transportation KPIs, operational reporting, and supply chain analytics.
