This role combines a deep understanding of technology with strong product management and coordination skills to ensure successful delivery of high-quality digital products that meet user and business requirements. The ideal candidate excels at navigating both business and technical environments, fostering teamwork and clear communication across diverse groups.Key Responsibilities
- \tProduct Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and customer needs.
- \tBacklog Management: Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, ensuring that user stories and technical requirements are well documented, actionable, and aligned with business priorities.
- \tTechnical Leadership: Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, providing guidance and making informed trade-off decisions.
- \tStakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions, facilitating productive communication among business, design, and technical teams.
- \tCross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding to achieve common objectives.
- \tRelease Planning: Coordinate release schedules, set sprint goals, and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
- \tQuality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria, participate in testing, and validate that completed work meets the defined requirements and quality standards.
- \tMarket and User Research: Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and market trends to inform continuous product improvement.
- \tRisk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies, proactively addressing roadblocks to ensure smooth product delivery.Qualifications
- \tBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- \t3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar role within an agile software development environment.
- \tStrong technical background with hands-on experience in software development or architecture.
- \tProven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver successful products.
- \tOutstanding coordination skills and experience working collaboratively across multiple teams and disciplines.
- \tExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- \tExperience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- \tAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- \tAbility to work effectively across business and technical sides of the organization, building consensus and driving action.Preferred Skills
- \tExperience with cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software architectures.
- \tFamiliarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking.
