Solar PV Installation Technician (12 Positions)

Job Summary

We are looking for 12 skilled and motivated Technicians for Solar PV Installation projects. The candidates will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install Solar PV panels on rooftops and ground-mounted structures

Assist in system wiring, inverter installation, and connections

Perform basic electrical work related to solar systems

Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of solar panels

Troubleshoot and repair minor faults in solar systems

Follow safety standards and site guidelines

Support senior engineers and supervisors during projects

Eligibility Criteria:

ITI / Diploma / Certified in Suryamitra / Solar PV Installation

Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

Basic knowledge of electrical systems preferred

Physically fit and willing to work on-site

Skills Required:

Basic electrical knowledge

Ability to work in a team

Problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn and travel
